<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">O café da manhã Paleo é a primeira refeição que consumimos depois de passar horas em jejum dormindo, ou seja, quando estamos dormindo nosso corpo utiliza grande parte dos nutrientes ingeridos no jantar... se o nosso jantar foi rico em carboidratos, nosso corpo ira catabolizar só coisa ruim e aí que aparecem as gorduras na barriga.</span><br />
